Let's gather to honour the midway point between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox - still feeling the peak of summer, but with signs that autumn is approaching.

You are invited to join this nourishing evening involving yin yoga with deep body work using balls for myofascial release. Gentle sound healing instruments will accompany you during the yoga, guiding you to relax, release and reflect.

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required.
