Summer Pruning Workshop at Oram Park

Join us for a hands-on summer pruning workshop focused on the art of nurturing stone fruit trees, including plums, peaches, and nectarines.

Facilitated by gentle arborist Craig Love

You will:
• Learn the essential benefits of pruning fruit trees.
• Get practical experience and guidance on pruning techniques.
• Get a feel-good buzz for caring for our community fruit orchard.

Saturday 22 February (rain date is 1 March)
Oram Park Community Fruit Orchard (between Nihinihi and Taipari Avenues in Raglan West).

What to Bring:
• Pruning tools (if you have any)
• Covered shoes
• Sun protection
• Water bottle
• Optional: Some kai to share for morning tea
