Join us virtually on Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 9am – 11:30am PDT for our virtual Summer Caucus, an annual opportunity to connect with each other in the Ombuds profession and continue to foster our strong, diverse, and resilient community. This year’s Summer Caucus theme is “Ombudsing Through Choppy Waters”, and in acknowledgment of the fact that there certainly have been choppy waters in 2025, registration for Summer Caucus will be free this year. Summer Caucus arose from a desire to gather when our community otherwise couldn’t do so, so this year’s Summer Caucus is a return to those roots, with a focus on topical breakout discussions and good conversation with each other. Through shared conversation and thoughtfully themed breakout rooms, we’ll explore how to support others without losing ourselves, respond to organizational tides with integrity, and hold space for trust, loss, identity, and resilience. Whether you're feeling buoyed or battered, Summer Caucus offers space to reconnect with your practice—and with one another.
