Event description

Nga mihi nui ki a koutou katoa.

Embrace the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year when the Sun is at its zenith!

Join us in this beautiful location overlooking the Pacific Ocean, where together we can gather in nature, celebrate and enjoy the abundant energy of the Sun and Earth with the arrival of summer!

You will be welcomed into this space by local trio Chameleon, who will share their unique tribal sound, voices and rhythms that resonate with Aotearoa and South America.

Evoking a deeper connection to this whenua and to another land and time across the vast Pacific Ocean.

We will then settle and enjoy the heart opening nourishment of ceremonial Peruvian Cacao which will be served before we gently start to move into our Somatic Dance dance together.

Our Solstice Somatic Dance is gently guided and curated to a soundscape supporting your embodiment of light, warmth and growth and a connection with the energy and abundance of Sun and Earth.

Summer Solstice is a reminder to us all that we can resource ourselves with the vitality of energy planted in Spring and find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve.

This energy can help us connect to our highest selves, nourish our soul, and amplify our intentions.

Finally to support further integration of all this potent and transformative energy we will gently ground with a luscious, healing sound bath!

WHAT TO BRING:
Please arrive 10 min early to allow time to park and walk up to the location (very close)
