Step into the longest day of the year and witness the turning of the seasons at Riverdell Spiritual Centre! The Summer Solstice is a sacred moment of renewal, reflection, and deep connection with nature, when the sun stands at its highest point in the sky, radiating abundance, light, and energy. It is a time to honour the cycles of the earth, the gifts of the sun, and the vibrant community around us.

This year, we invite you to immerse yourself in an afternoon and evening of soulful celebration, designed to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Join our community-centred gathering to honour the bounty of the Solstice - a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

What Awaits You:

Sound Bath, Breathwork & Meditation - harmonise, ground, and awaken your energy
Earth Offering Mandala - honour the sun, the earth, and the season’s abundance (please bring something to offer to the earth, whether its herbs, flowers, crystals whatever your called to)
Sunset Ritual & Intention Setting (~7:28 pm) - align with the sun, release the old, and set intentions for the months ahead
Gentle Summer Solstice Yoga Flow - move, release, and celebrate in harmony with the season
Nourishing Snack - Please let us know of any dietary requirements

About Christalee:

I’m a woman of many expressions ~ a space holder, breathwork and meditation guide, reiki energy healer, events weaver, and a mother navigating the wild, beautiful rhythm of life.

My journey into breath, energy, and stillness wasn’t always peaceful. Silence once meant suppression - the unspoken, the unheard, the dimming of my truth. I lived in survival, disconnected from my breath, my body, and my voice. But through deep healing, breath became my anchor… and silence, my teacher.

Now, silence and stillness are no longer something to fear - it’s a sacred meeting place. A space to soften, to listen, to rise. It’s where the breath reveals what words cannot.

After a long time navigating CPTSD, depression, anxiety, PPD, and grief, I’ve found a path forward grounded in presence, compassion, and conscious awareness. Breathwork became a lifeline, especially during the birth of my daughter, and ever since, I’ve been devoted to guiding others home - back to their body, back to their breath, back to their truth.

As a yoga guide, mindset coach, and energy healer, I blend movement with shamanic wisdom to create transformative experiences that feel light, joyful + deeply nourishing.

As a health & wellness coach, NLP practitioner & shamanic yogi, I have learnt the importance of the connection between mind, body & spirit. Using a holistic approach to healing and moving through life in a balanced and aligned way.

I love creating events where aligned souls come together to celebrate the unique spirit each and every one of us holds, a space where true connection and magic happens naturally ✨
