Summer Solstice - Honouring the Light Within

Join us for an afternoon under the big trees and open sky in Hayley's backyard to honour the Summer Solstice.

This is a point in time that people have come together to celebrate for eons - to celebrate the peak of light, to connect with nature, and with each other.

May we honour the light of the 'longest day' - but also the light within ourselves and our own contribution to the collective web that we are all a part of. 

Healing happens together. Seeing each others radiance lights us all up.

This session will remind you that your body loves to move, to breathe big, and to connect with the elements.

We would love to see you for movement, mediation, breathwork and intentional practices.

NOTE:

- Dress in layers: while we are theoretically heading towards Summer's peak, we live in the South East....and it could still be chilly.

- BYO Yoga mat, drink bottle (and anything else to make yourself comfy). If you need a mat, please do reach out and i can organise one for you.

- There are two chooks who live in my backyard ('Miss Frizz' and 'Storm'). If you really dislike chooks, this event just isn't for you.
