WE ARE EXCITED to bring you your perfect Saturday ritual WAVEZ back for our April edition. 

We are working with our fave local brands to bring some goodies to this Wavez session - spot prizes & games. 

Join us for a revitalizing morning of yoga, and ice bath immersion and community at Middle Park Beach.

This transformative session is designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and challenge your resilience. Surrounded by the healing energy of the ocean and the rhythm of the waves, you'll experience the ultimate blend of relaxation and rejuvenation.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable beachwear or yoga attire
  • Towel (for after the ice bath)
  • Water bottle
  • Journal (optional, for reflection)
  • Warm clothing for after the session (to stay cozy post-ice bath)
