Wellington Site Visit: Summerset Boulcott
Event description
Join the NAWIC and NZIOB for an exclusive site visit...Â
Summerset Boulcott Development is now well underway in the highly sought-after location of Boulcott, Lower Hutt, with the first residents moving in during 2023. When complete, the retirement village will be home to over 300 residents in a mix of villas, apartments, cottages and serviced apartments. There will also be a care centre providing a range of care options, including an industry-leading memory care centre specifically designed to support those living with dementia. Once the village is complete, residents will have access to a range of community facilities, amongst them a resident bar, exercise room, indoor swimming pool, library, lounge, workshop, hair salon, bowling green and communal gardens.
Learn about Summerset’s business model as a Developer, Designer, Builder and Operator within the retirement industry; the many different building typologies constructed within the village; and the teamwork and challenges involved in this large-scale project.
