Things to note

Wear comfortable activewear you can freely move in. Shorts are recommended but not essential. Please also avoid wearing any body or hand moisturised the morning of the booking as this will make it challenging to grip the pole. We will ask all hand and wrist jewellery to be removed, anything valuable we would recommend leaving at home.
