๐ฟ Sunday Afternoon Reset - Loftus 11th October 2026๐ฟ
Description
Forest Bathing at Loftus
A Gentle Guided Nature Connection Experience
Step away from the busyness of everyday life and into the beauty of the Australian bush.
Sunday Afternoon Reset is a gentle invitation to slow down before the week begins again.
Rather than rushing through the bush, we'll wander together at a relaxed pace beneath the towering gum trees of Loftus in South Sydney, giving ourselves permission to pause, breathe and simply notice.
Throughout this 2-hour guided experience, you'll be offered simple invitations that awaken your senses, encourage curiosity and deepen your connection with yourself, others and the natural world. There is no pressure to perform, achieve or "get it right"โjust space to arrive exactly as you are.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing and guided by modern nature connection principles, this immersive experience finishes with a heart-warming cup of tea and the quiet feeling of being restored, grounded and ready for the week ahead.
Conveniently located between Loftus and Sutherland Train Stations on the T4 Illawarra Line, and Bus 991 this peaceful bush setting feels a world away from the city, yet is easily accessible by public transport or car.
Led by a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, you'll be gently invited to engage with nature through simple sensory, mindful and creative practices. There is no rush, no fitness challenge and no destination to reach. This is an opportunity to simply be present and allow nature to work its quiet magic.

This is not a hike but a gentle, mindful walk through Australian native bushland.
The track is relatively easy, with some rocks, tree roots and uneven surfaces underfoot. We walk both on established bush tracks and short sections off track at a relaxed pace, allowing plenty of time to pause, observe and connect with our surroundings.
