then feel invited to our sunday circles at the soothing wooden sanctuary on the grounds of the lotus yoga centre. we'll share words and silence, engagement and rest and sit curiously and mindfully in circle with ourselves and others. this special space is here to foster depth and a level of connection that we might often crave in our day to day life and that can naturally unfold in this safely held container.

we'll smudge and cleanse the space,
delve into pockets of guided mindfulness and intention setting and
share stories, hearts and journeys
in the gorgeous, potent environment of the wooden sanctuary that'll warmly wrap us up. 

this is an inclusive space open to all ages and gender.
these circle sessions run as a 5 week block, you can join one or a few, or all 5 as you prefer.

please bring
- your favorite mug (assorted teas will be provided)
- an open heart
- yourself, however you are on the day
- optional a special item/s that you might like to place in the center of our circle
