Sunday Vibe Reset is a fun, gentle 90-minute sound healing journey to wash away the week and set your energy right for whatever’s coming next.

Sundays are sacred — that sweet spot between “week done” and “week ahead”. This is your chance to hit pause, lie down, close your eyes and let the sounds do all the work — no effort, no awkward moves, just pure recharge.

We’ll fill the room with beautiful layers of vibration: crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, Paiste gong, Native American flute, Koshi & equilibrium chimes, medicine drums, shruti box, rainstick and more… blended with soft breathwork and intentional stillness.

What you’ll feel (most people say):

  • The nervous system finally takes a big exhale 😌

  • Mind chatter quiets down (bye-bye weekend to-do list echo)

  • Energy realigns — like someone gently pressed “refresh” from the inside out

  • A lighter, brighter vibe ready to carry you into the new week

No experience needed. Just you, a mat, and 90 minutes to receive.

Perfect if you’re:

  • Running on empty after a big week

  • Wanting to start the week feeling calm & centred

  • Ready to treat yourself to something deliciously restorative

About Sound Healing

Sound healing is like a gentle invite to step beyond the everyday chatter in your head and those old habits that hold you back. If you're curious about diving deeper into your personal growth or spiritual side, it offers a sweet glimpse into who you really are, with some heartfelt self-reflection along the way.

We blend easy guided meditations, simple visualisations, pure crystal singing bowls, and sacred mantras and instruments to connect the natural world with our bodies—bringing back that natural balance and harmony through homeostasis, both for you and the people around you.

Think of it as a cozy sonic bath, where waves of gentle energy and vibes wash over you, easing you into a deeper mindfulness and self-awareness. It's all about nurturing your mind, body, and soul to shine with your true essence.

It's an ancient practice now widely recognised in modern science as a powerful therapy for body and mind. Specific sound frequencies bring the body into resonance, emotional release, and energetic balance. By engaging both the nervous system and the subtle body, sound creates a holistic pathway back to equilibrium.
