Thrive Sunday Sessions - Women's Meditation

For guests this workshop will be an exploration of their inner lives, the day will include silent sitting, sharing, walking meditation and guided practices facilitated by Jude Baderie.
Jude Baderle is a meditation facilitator, mindfulness based stress reduction teacher and Somatic Psychotherapist. She has a special interest in supporting women’s health and wellbeing.
This workshop aims to help you reconnect with yourself, improve self-compassion and overall mental clarity with a group of women in a safe place with the intention of sharing experiences and wisdom.

When: Sunday 5th of March 2023 | 10am - 2.30pm
Where: North Bellingen (street address will be emailed upon registration)
Who: This is a day for women and all who identify as women. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
Accessibility: Unfortunately there are stairs which make it challenging for some.
Price: $10 to support running the event.
What to bring: Please bring a bottle of water and a plate to share, so we can finish with a shared lunch. Please also bring anything that will make you comfortable. The venue has a few chairs and cushions, but please bring your own if you are able.
