Sunday Evening Sit — starting this Sunday, 6–7pm @wattle_crescenthead
This little offering came through in one of those unexpected moments where everything just lines up and the idea lands fully formed. It felt too good not to share — so here we are, inviting you to come and settle in with us for an hour of genuine rest and recalibration.
We’ll begin with a guided nervous system reset (something we could all benefit from, I’m sure), then explore a different theme or meditation practice each week. You can sit, lie down, get cosy — whatever helps your body soften.
These sessions aren’t a promo or a trial; they’re simply our way of giving back. They’ll stay donation-based, always.
If you’re coming, please let us know so we can make sure there’s space for everyone.
Make sure you bring:
• a cushion
• a blanket/shawl
• water
• a pen + paper
• anything else that helps you feel comfortable
