Sunday Soul Sessions

This offering has been in my heart for a very long time. I knew that this needed to be birthed at the right time and here it is lovingly presented to you ...

Inspired by an offering by my mentor, Colette Baron-Reid, these Sunday Soul Sessions are an online, intimate group gathering where like-minded people with open hearts can come together online for healing, spiritual guidance, and spiritual development. These are going to be cozy sessions where I will lead you through the energetic flavours of the week, the sacred, and gentle experiences to open your intuition. We will dive-deeply into spirituality, occasionally throwing in some intuitive breathwork, guided meditations, and anything else that is woven in through Spirit. Just like sessions with me, this small group gathering will meet you exactly where you're at.   

I will provide readings to some of those present, letting Spirit decide who is to receive an individual reading, and who will receive a cleddon. This means that even if you don't get your own reading, you will receive what you need through witnessing the readings and guidance that other people receive. Please note that not everyone present will receive their own reading - regardless, you will receive a heart-warming, soul-nurturing experience that will soothe your soul. Providing clarity to your heart, and grounding in your body.

My intention is to facilitate these 'Sunday Soul Sessions' once a month on an on-going basis. Get cozy in your own home, grab a nourishing beverage, and keep your pj's on if you'd like too ... this has been created to help you navigate your own soul journey. Here we will honour your humaness, and your spirit. You can switch your camera off and soak up the vibes, or keep your camera on (everything is invitation so that you can feel safe). This is a place of nourishment, energetic reset, and a time to hear from your Spirit Team.
