Join us on Sunday mornings to cultivate inner peace and calm in your everyday
Each week you'll experience guided meditations with a brief talk about mindfulness to deepen your understanding about the practice. Over the course of 8 weeks, we will explore mindfulness of thoughts, emotions, breath and body awareness, along with heart practices to cultivate compassion, loving-kindness, peace and joy.

🌈 Everyone is welcome to attend Sunday Soul Sessions. We welcome all ages, cultures, bodies, genders, sexualities and identities. The venue is accessible only by a steep narrow staircase.
Please note: Meditation is contraindicated and can be harmful for people with Complex Trauma, PTSD, substance dependence or psychosis. If in doubt, please seek advice from a psychologist or psychiatrist.
