Arrive early to peruse the Gallery then join us to let your mind and body relax, restore and renew as the resonant sound waves from Crystal Bowls and Pyramids fill the room.

Event Details

4:00pm: Arrive and settle in.
4:15pm: Short welcome and introduction.
Relaxing meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of harmonising Crystal Sound Bowls and Pyramids for around 40 minutes.
You are welcome to lie down, sit, or be in any position that feels comfortable.
5:15pm: Sound Bath concludes after a short meditation.

Yoga Mats provided.

Please Bring:

Pillow/cushion for your head
Blanket
Wear comfortable clothing and socks
A jumper for the cooler evenings
Water or drink of choice for your journey home

💧 Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are with any body treatment, so please hydrate and nourish well after.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves that fill the room.

The pure tones and vibrations of quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids create an immersive, resonant sound, gently inviting your body into a state similar to deep meditation, REM sleep or craniosacral treatment. No effort is needed —just rest and receive.

This can be beneficial for:
• Reducing stress and tension
• Regulating the nervous system
• Improving sleep and energy
• Emotional calm and clarity
• Creative ideas and insight
• A deep sense of peace and resonance

About Me

I practice as a Craniosacral Osteopath in Clevedon and Grey Lynn, and host mind-body meditation and energy harmonising groups online.

I approach Sound Baths the same way I do treatments - gentle, harmonising, healing spaces for the whole mind-body system to relax, unwind, restore and renew.

I enjoy intuitively co-creating Sound Baths unique to who is present and the time and I look forward to co-creating this with you.
