Combining intuitive sound, innate rhythms and 15+ years in healing, Iain and Tania create a unique sound bath experience with resonating crystal instruments, harmonising rhythms and gongs.

These felt vibrations and sound connect with your body on a deep cellular level, allowing your whole mind-body system to relax, restore and renew..

Details

• 4:45pm: Arrive and settle in.

• 5:00pm: Short welcome and introduction.

  Sound Bath starts with a guided meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of quartz crystal sound bowls, pyramids and gongs.

  You are welcome to lie down, sit, or be in whatever position feels comfortable.

• 6:30pm: Sound Bath concludes with a short reconnecting meditation.

The room will be warm and candlelit.

Please Bring:

• Yoga mat. I have a few spare if you need - let me know if you need to borrow one. You’re also welcome to sit on the couch or a chair at the back if it’s more comfortable for you

• Pillow or cushion for your head

• Blanket

• Wear comfortable warm clothing, socks if you need

• Water or drink of choice for your journey home

💧 Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are with any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves that can align on a deep cellular level.

The pure tones and vibrations of crystal sound bowls and resonating instruments create an immersive sound and felt vibration that fills the room…

This connects with your mind and body on a cellular level and invites us into deep states of relaxation similar to meditation, REM sleep or craniosacral treatment.

Tania

offers restorative healing experiences through Crystal Sound Baths, Craniosacral Osteopathy and Energy Healing online.

She loves creating beautifully harmonising experiences where the body can relax, unwind and reconnect with its own healing ability, release blocks and replenish with fundamental energies of health, heart and light.

Soundscapes are produced through the intuitive playing of quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids that have a particular harmonising quality for mind and body.

Each session is uniquely tuned to who is present at the time.

Iain

offers resonant sound experiences through gong instruments and rhythmic percussion.

2 large gongs produce a deep resonant frequency that helps the brain switch quickly into a meditative like dream state.

Combining a background in percussion and rhythm with healing and qi gong, sound experiences with Iain are deeply reconnecting, grounding and highly tuned.
