Stillness Sunday is a 2-hour breathwork and connection circle for those seeking inner quiet and authentic presence—with themselves and others. This experience blends gentle breathwork, nervous system regulation, and soul-nourishing connection in a safe space.

Together we will:

Drop into our bodies and breath
Let go of mental noise and emotional weight
Share simple but powerful moments of connection
Remember the peace that comes from being seen, heard, and held—just as you are

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Blanket & pillow
