Sunday sunrise yoga

Join us on Sunday the 8th at 5:30am, meeting at Kevin gates park. Let me guide you on a short walk to a hidden beach where we will set up our mats and our beautiful yoga instructor Shannon will take us through a morning flow as the sun rises around us. 

Please bring;

- your own yoga mat

- a head torch 

- a keep cup of you would like to grab a coffee with us after

- Swimmers if your keen for a dip afterwards 

This yoga session is open to beginners but please be aware you are choosing to participate at your own risk.
