Sunset Reset

As the evenings get longer and the sun shines, what better way to close one week and welcome the next with a grounding flow on the beach as the sun sets!

The sky put a SHOW on for us the last time, let's see how she goes this weekend!

The evening will begin with a focus on breath to help ground us. Moving through a curated flow to help get out of the mind and into the body. Followed by a gorgeous savasana with the sounds of the waves. Finishing up with time to connect, watch the sunset and of course pull some oracle cards.

Who can come?

Whether it’s your first ever yoga class or you're a regular practitioner, this is a welcoming space for everyone. Come alone or bring a friend. Most of our community have met at events like this!

What do I need to bring?
- Yoga mat or towel
- Layers for changing weather
- Water bottle
- Togs/bathers (if you want a post yoga dip)

How much does it cost?

Tickets are $15

This practice is an offering from me to you, and the $15 ticket acts as a simple commitment fee that helps keep these sessions sustainable. Studio classes often cost around $25+, but I want this space to remain accessible for everyone.
