Let’s slow down together.

Join me from the comfort of your home for a nourishing Yin Yoga practice, designed to help you unwind, stretch deeply and reconnect with yourself.

I invite you to find a quit place in your home to deepen into this practice.

This is your space to pause, breathe and melt into stillness.

Perfect for softening tension, calming your mind and gently releasing the week.

No need to be flexible or experienced, yoga is for everyone! 

Preparation for the Yoga Class:

All you need is a yoga mat and internet connection. 

Optional: to set up fairy/candle lights and making your space all cosy.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow & grounding practice that focuses on deep stretching to gently soften fascia, joints and connective tissue.

Helps calm your nervous system, good for flexibility & joints, is softening and guides you into calmness.
