Flowing from movement to stillness, you'll wash off the week that was, and make space for a smooth start to the week ahead.
Using a variety of yoga practices, you'll be guided to settle in, warm up and move your body to clear energy before slowing it down to stretch, stillness then restorative relaxation. You'll start with pranayama (breathwork), flowing into Agnesa's signature style dynamic flow, changing pace to longer, yin style holds and stretches, completing the cycle with a guided Yoga Nidra - the yogic sleep.
