Every Sunday morning, we offer a yoga class rooted in ancient wisdom and perfectly applicable to modern life! It is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Our class focuses on Asanas (the physical postures of Yoga) and Pranayam (working with the breath). Both are time-tested ways to create the optimal mind/body connection and balance. These Yogic practices improve mental focus, reduce stress and anxiety, relieve back and joint issues. They can give you a complete range of motion and flexibility, and help with asthma and other respiratory difficulties.

Bring your mat! This class is donation-based. Suggested donation is $10-20.

Stay for a delicious whole-foods, plant-based meal, served at 11 am for an additional $15.

All proceeds go to Sat Manav Yoga Ashram, a nonprofit.
