Sundays with Wit - Getting Vocal with Sass Pinci
Event description
Join Wit Incorporated for a Sundays session with vocal coach Sass Pinci - all about loving your voice and keeping it healthy, strong and expressive.
For performers across art forms, the voice is a crucial tool and instrument. The different ways we produce sound support expression, engagement, and artistic quality. This session will focus on getting used to your voice and the way you sound...and loving it! Sass is a big believer in vocal health (especially during wintery quarantine!), and experimenting with different ways of producing sound in a safe and fun way.
This workshop will introduce different ways of keeping your voice strong, healthy, flexible and expressive, with lots of room for experimentation, questions, and individual feedback. It's perfectly suited to actors, singers and performers, but open to anyone who's interested in knowing more about the voice.
The workshop will be roughly 75 minutes, with time for intros and discussion on either side. You'll need to be in a space where you can comfortably stand or sit upright (no reclining on the couch!); it is useful if you have your video on and are lit brightly enough for Sass to see you clearly.
