Join Nature Conservation Margaret River Region to dig deeper into an issue on all our minds – water and the drying climate.
Having just gone through the “driest seven-month spell on record” we hear from Dr Kath Lynch (Department of Water and Environmental Regulation), Matthew Bowman (Water Corp) and National Environment Science Program Hub leader / UWA’s Professor Michael Douglas.
We hope you can join us for presentations from three experts in their field speaking on surface water monitoring, long-term planning / management as well as what the drying climate in South West WA means for water supply and biodiversity in the region.
Enjoy light supper, a drink, audience Q and A and become part of the conversation.
This Sundowner event is made possible via funding provided from the Augusta Margaret River Shire, Water Corp & generous sponsorship provided by the Margaret River Wine Association.
