Join Tiffany and Shane for a Transformative Experience

You will be gently guided by Tiffany and Shane, both seasoned practitioners in Therapeutic modalities. Join us either on a Friday night or Saturday mornings on alternating weeks. This journey blends meditation and sound therapy offering a unique opportunity for calmness and self growth.

This one-hour session is a collaboration between Biofield Counselling and Tuning and Soul Support Holistic Wellness, aiming to bring like-minded community members together creating a space for people to connect and feel safe, not judged, just be yourself.

Engaging in this practice will help you quiet your restless mind, fostering a deeper connection to the present moment. It will help calm your nervous system, reset your window of tolerance, and assist in rewiring your behaviours, paving the way for a brighter, clearer future.

🌿 Please arrive 10min early to ensure we can start on time. Each journey is limited to 15 spaces.

This meditation and sound journey is designed for individuals aged 10 and older. Participants should be able to maintain silence throughout the experience. Those under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

🌿 Journey Format:

Meditation: Join in and Learn to calm the mind, connect with the body using gentle breathing techniques and sound therapy to reach a state of tranquility.
Integration with Live Instruments: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Didgeridoo, and other soothing music from various cultures as part of your integration.
Grounding with Herbal Tea: Connect with fellow participants after the session over a cup of herbal tea.

We will host weekly meditation and sound therapy sessions on alternating Friday evenings and Saturdays mornings.

General Admission: $20 per person + Humanitix booking fee ($22 approx)

Pls note Bookings in Humanitix are essential to manage attendance, also if the need arises to advise cancellation etc

🌿 What to Bring:

Dress in light, comfortable clothing.
Bring an eye mask (if needed),
Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket, water bottle, journal, pen and small pillow.
Include anything else you need to feel comfortable during the hour-long session.

No Refunds, Session Transfers to another date/time is supported. 24hrs notice is requested for any cancellation/rescheduling in writing via email: hello@soulsupportholisticwellness.com.au

No Shows will forfeit 100% payment.

Shane and Tiff reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the session at any time with due reason, in the event of a practitioner cancelling a session a 100% refund will be made via your payment method.

A little information to introduce Tiffany. Tiff is a counsellor and educator with over 20 years of experience, specialising in holistic counselling and somatic sound therapy. She addresses various issues while considering the mind, body, and biofield layers. Her background includes work with veterans, EAP services, and trauma. Tiffany encourages individuals to explore wellness approaches and invites those interested in her unique methods to reach out.

A little information to introduce Shane:

Shane is an accredited Shamanic Energy Healing Practitioner, accredited Breathwork Facilitator (SPIRITUS), and Shamanic Sound Journey Facilitator. In his practice, Shane collaborates with clients to address the root causes of trauma, personal narratives, and the associated energies and help clear them. Previously, Shane worked in the corporate sector of the NSW Health IT Industry. However, he departed from that field after discovering his true calling and is now dedicated to living a life centered around this transformative work... being of service.
