Where: Nelson’s Beach, Bargara

Investment: $20 (kids under 15 free)

A the cold season comes to an end, we are holding one final Breath, Cacao + connection!

What to Expect:

• Guided Breathwork: Experience a light yet deeply activating breath practice to help you tap into the present moment, energize your body, and elevate your mood!

• Ceremonial Cacao: Warm your soul with the ancient elixir of cacao, unlocking a heart-opening experience that brings clarity, connection, and vitality.

• Community Connection: Engage with like-minded individuals and create lasting connections through shared conversation, play, and creativity — a beautiful way to bond with yourself and others.

OPTIONAL SWIM (I WILL BE DIVING IN, HOW BOUT YOU?)

Please bring:

  • yoga mat/rug to sit on

  • mug for your cacao

  • blankets to stay warm and cosy

  • Water
