Join us at Turners beach for an immersive 9D Breathwork experience as the sun rises. Through headphones, with layered sound, binaural beats, hypnotic language and guided breathwork we invite you to turn inward, reconnect with yourself and make space for the day ahead.

A beautiful way to pause, breathe and welcome a new day beside the ocean.

BRING: Please bring a towel or mat to sit on water bottle and swimmers if you want a cold dip after

ARRIVAL : Please arrive 10-15 early as its a sharp start

AFTER: Feel free to join us after the session for coffee to build on this beautiful community and to support one an other. ( Location announced on the day )
