Beautiful souls,

This is an invitation for us to weave a connection within our physical and energetic heart.

A space created for us to open our hearts as we reach higher realms of consciousness ~  deeply held by Mother earth. 

We seat in circle ⭕️ to come together as a community, raising our frequency, vibrating higher and lighter. Holding more presence and awareness.

A space to ground & fill our cups full with love, joy , abundance 🪷 within many other qualities the heart wisdom holds.

What to bring?

A yoga mat - a cushion/pillow for your own comfort - eye pillow (if you wish) - a bottle of water - an open heart & mind

!!!Option to stay and connect with the community at the beach - option to bring a plate of food to share.!!!

Your facilitators:

Vanessa has always been magnetised by spirituality and mysticism. The love for the unknown was common and an urge for exploration was identified since a very young age. Vanessa offers holistic services as a transformational Yoga/Meditation teacher, offering groups and private energy healing sessions . Vanessa’s purpose is to guide us to reach higher realms of consciousness as we create Self Realisation followed by Self Liberation. She believes that ancient techniques/traditions are a threshold to rescue our essence, an open heart and open awareness.

Tarsila:

Tarsila is a energy healing, sound therapy and breathwork practitioner and harness the power of nature in her practice.

Her intention is to create sacred and safe spaces for individuals to journey within, holding space for deep transformation.

These modalities have the power of regulating the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety, entraining the brain waves and clearing what is not in energetic alignment.
