SUNRISE CONNECTION CEREMONY Nov 30th

🌅 A space to enjoy the wild sweetness of life in good company.

Join us for a hot cup of ceremonial connection tea, some movement & breathwork, and deep group conversations at Milford Beach Reserve. We’ll bask in the new day’s light and spend a slow and beautiful morning exploring interesting and challenging conversations about the deeper parts of our lives.

Spots are limited to ensure a relaxed environment and a shared sense of togetherness. - Bookings are essential ❤️

💫 What to Expect:

• 5.25 am - Meet on the grass.
• 5.40 am - Ceremonial tea & opening practice (movement/breathwork).
• 5.55 am - Pause for the sunrise.
• 6.15 am - Themed group conversations.
  
• 7.55 am - Ocean dip (optional).
• 8.10 - Closing the space.

💫 This Week's Theme:

♐ Sun in Sagittarius - Exploration, Expansion, Optimism, & Higher Thinking!

We'll open the space with a short heart & hip-opening yoga sequence and fiery breathwork (yoga mats not required).

💫 What to Bring:

• A mug or keep cup for tea.
• Togs + towel.
• Something warm and dry in case of rain and wind.

💫 Location/Time:

We’ll be at Milford Reserve from 5.25 am.

You’ll find us on the grass at the end of the car park. Look for the lantern! Follow this link for our exact location.

Sunrise will be at 5.55 am so it will still be dark when you arrive.

We’ll start our opening meditation at 5.40 am.
