🌅 Sunrise Sisterhood, Coolum Beach Sessions

Join us for a magical morning of movement, connection, and community on the sand.

Each week, you’ll be guided by one of our incredible facilitators through a unique session, ranging from yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation, dance, qigong, fitness and more. Using our Silent Sound Headsets, you’ll enjoy an immersive, peaceful experience with music and guidance directly in your ears, no outside noise, no distractions, just you and the moment.

🌟 Location & What to Bring:

• 📍 Main Beach, Coolum (Tickle Park Car Park – Head down the main stairs near the skate park) head North.

• A towel or yoga mat (beach-friendly)

• A water bottle

• Swimmers (if you’d love a post-session ocean dip)

☕ Coffee & Connection

After the session, stick around for a cuppa and chats with your sisters at a local café. It’s the perfect way to keep the connection flowing.

🌧️ Wet Weather Plan

Sessions go ahead rain or shine! In the event of wet weather, we’ll meet at:

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour our space and your facilitator.

• Sessions begin promptly on time.

• This is a child and dog-free event, so you can fully focus on you.
