Every session is a little different, but the heart of Sunrise Sisterhood always stays the same, creating a welcoming space where women can connect, have fun and simply be themselves.

Come on your own or bring your bestie, mum or sister. You don’t need any experience and there’s no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

Everything is offered, never forced.

WHAT TO BRING

• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Something warm for before and after
• A towel or yoga mat if advised for your session
• Your beautiful self 💛

Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to check in and collect your Silent Sound headset so we can begin together on time.

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for Sunrise Sisterhood social media, website and marketing. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, simply let our team know when you arrive.
