Sunrise Sisterhood End of Year Beach Christmas Party & BBQ Breaky

It is that time of year beautiful women
Our Sunrise Sisterhood Christmas Party is here and we cannot wait to celebrate with you.

Join us on Saturday 6 December at 5:30am on the sand for a gorgeous sunrise session with the incredible Stacey Louise.
Expect fun, connection, laughter, movement, sisterhood and all the feel good festive vibes.

This morning is all about celebrating an incredible year of sisterhood
the friendships made
the moments shared
the growth
the joy
and the magic you have all brought to this community.

After our session we will head over to Tickle Park for a Christmas BBQ breaky together.
Good food good company and the perfect way to wrap up the year.

Come as you are
bring your beautiful energy
and let us finish this year surrounded by the women who make Sunrise Sisterhood what it is.

🌟 Location & What to Bring

📍 Main Beach, Coolum - meet at Tickle Park Car Park, then head down the main stairs near the skate park and turn north.

Bring along:
🧘‍♀️ A towel or yoga mat (beach-friendly)
💧 A water bottle
👙 Swimmers for a refreshing post-session ocean dip

🙏 A Gentle Ask

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour the space and your facilitator.

• Sessions start right on time.

• This is a child-free and dog-free event , your moment to fully fill your own cup.
