Start your Thursday in the most invigorating way with a Sunrise Beach Movement Session led by the incredible Ashley Freeman. This morning practice will awaken your body and spirit, whilst connecting you to the natural beauty of the beach at dawn. 

Whether you're new to movement or a seasoned pro, Ashley's session will leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, and ready for the day ahead.

Slip on a pair of wireless headphones and dive into your practise and finish with a short Silent Disco on the Sand. Dance your heart out under the rising sun as we come together to celebrate sisterhood, connection, and community (via our silent disco with headphones)

All funds raised will go towards 500 Sundays (500sundays.com.au), an empowerment project focused on women’s wellness, with a special emphasis on perimenopause. Your participation directly supports resources and the creation of a feature film and resources that help women thrive during this important phase of life.

This is a morning you don’t want to miss—come move, connect, and celebrate with us by the ocean!

Please bring a mat, water bottle and arrive 15 minutes early. 

Please leave the beach as you found it, with only your dancing footprints remaining (take any rubbish with you)
