We’re so excited to be bringing Sunrise Sisterhood back to the sand at Rainbow Beach.

And for our first morning back, we’re returning to where the heart of Sunrise Sisterhood began, bringing women together.

She Returns is a 60-minute women’s only morning created for you to move, breathe, connect and begin your weekend by doing something just for you.

There’s something really beautiful about women coming together. The connection, the conversations, the laughter, the joy, the music, the freedom to move and the moments of quiet in between. It’s about sharing a morning with other women, feeling part of something, and leaving with a little more yourself than you arrived.

That’s the heart of Sunrise Sisterhood.

Through our Silent Sound Headsets 🎧, you’ll be guided through a beautiful mix of gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, meditation, music and dance, with the ocean beside us and the morning unfolding around us.

Every Sunrise Sisterhood session is a little different, drawing from a range of practices and bringing together movement, stillness, music and connection.

There’s no experience needed and nothing to get right.

Just come as you are.

🌟 Location & What to Bring

📍Location, Wide Bay Esplanade, Rainbow Beach

Note: In the event of wet weather, you will be notified of the alternative venue by email.

Where to Find Us Our Sunrise Sisterhood gatherings take place on the main Rainbow Beach foreshore, near the Surf Life Saving Tower.

Exact spot: To the left of the lifesavers tower, on the sand closest to the last entry point from the car park on the same side. You’ll also see our Sunrise Sisterhood flags set up nearby to help guide you to the right place - it’s easy to find, peaceful, and perfectly placed for sunrise.

Bring along:
🧘‍♀️ A towel or yoga mat (beach-friendly)
💧 A water bottle
👙 Swimmers for a refreshing post-session ocean dip

☕ Coffee & Connection

After the session, stay for a cuppa and chats with your sisters at a nearby café.
It’s the perfect way to carry the sunrise energy into your day and connect off the sand.

🙏 A Gentle Ask

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour the space and your facilitator.

• Sessions start right on time.

• This is a child-free and dog-free event , your moment to fully fill your own cup.
