We're thrilled to bring our very first Sunrise Sisterhood EVENT to the stunning Currimundi Lake! 🌊✨

Come hang with our amazing crew and take in the breathtaking sunrise while the beautiful @chontellegrace guides you through a magical journey, giving you a sneak peek into the Sunrise Sisterhood experience.

If you've been craving connection, community, and a safe space to just be YOU, this is your chance! Forget the grind for an hour and step into a whole new world with incredible women by your side. 💫

Get ready for a fusion of Zen Thai Yoga,  Dance, Embodiment, Connection, Meditation, and more!

Let’s show some love for our instructors and the early risers heading to work after our event and arrive 15 minutes before we kick off. We start at 5:45am on the dot!

Please bring along, a towel and/or yoga mat, water bottle and swimmers as it is warming up.   (please note the yoga mats do get sandy so I would suggest NOT brining a good yoga mat along) 

Coffee and Connection  - after our session join us for a coffee and catch up, so if you have time we would love for you to join us. 

PLEASE NOTE that if it is raining or bad weather the event will be postponed.
