Well... here we are! 💛

We're so excited to bring the Sunrise Sisterhood experience to your community and give you a taste of what thousands of women have already fallen in love with.

Sunrise Sisterhood isn't just yoga.
It isn't just a fitness class.
And it definitely isn't your typical women's circle.

It's a beautiful mix of movement, meditation, dance, laughter, connection and community.

Come as you are.
Move your body.
Meet incredible women.
Dance like nobody's watching.
Watch the sunrise.
Fill your cup.

Expect genuine connection, plenty of laughs, maybe a few happy tears, and to leave feeling lighter, happier and more connected than when you arrived.

Whether you come on your own or bring your bestie, you'll be welcomed with open arms.

Meeting Point: Please meet us on the sand directly North of the Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club. Look for the Sunrise Sisterhood flags.

What to Bring

• A water bottle

• Comfortable activewear

• Wear something warm incase it's a little FRESH

• An open heart and a willingness to have fun!

• BRING your Bestie, Mum, Sister or any other woman that needs a morning that will fill their cup.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early so we can check you in, fit your Silent Sound Headset and begin together on time.

Photography & Videography

Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for Sunrise Sisterhood's social media, website and marketing. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let one of our team know when you arrive, we're more than happy to accommodate your request.
