You've been asking... so we're delivering!
For years, we've received messages from women all over Australia asking...
"When are you coming to our town?"
Well... here we are! 💛
We're so excited to bring the Sunrise Sisterhood experience to your community and give you a taste of what thousands of women have already fallen in love with.
Sunrise Sisterhood isn't just yoga.
It isn't just a fitness class.
And it definitely isn't your typical women's circle.
It's a beautiful mix of movement, meditation, dance, laughter, connection and community.
Come as you are.
Move your body.
Meet incredible women.
Dance like nobody's watching.
Watch the sunrise.
Fill your cup.
Expect genuine connection, plenty of laughs, maybe a few happy tears, and to leave feeling lighter, happier and more connected than when you arrived.
Whether you come on your own or bring your bestie, you'll be welcomed with open arms.
One sunrise could be the beginning of a whole new chapter.

1 Dover Road, Wamberal Beach - Head to Surf Club and you'll see us on the beach
When:
Saturday 7th November, 2026 5:30am to 7am
What to Bring
A water bottle
Comfortable activewear
Something warm for before and after the session
An open heart and a willingness to have fun!
Your Bestie, Mum, Sister or any other woman that needs a morning that will fill their cup.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early so we can check you in, fit your Silent Sound Headset and begin together on time.
Photography & Videography
Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for Sunrise Sisterhood's social media, website and marketing. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let one of our team know when you arrive, we're more than happy to accommodate your request.
Liability
By attending this event, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and do so at your own risk. Sunrise Sisterhood, its facilitators and team accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained before, during or after the event.
Please listen to your body, participate at a level that feels right for you, and consult your healthcare professional before attending if you have any medical concerns or injuries.
🌅 We recommend booking early as tour events are intentionally kept intimate to preserve the Sunrise Sisterhood experience and places are limited.

- CAN I COME ON MY OWN?
ABSOLUTELY! In fact, so many of our women do.
We know walking into something new on your own can feel a little scary, but we promise you won’t be the only one. Come as you are and we’ll take care of the rest. ♥️
- DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
NOPE!
This isn’t a fitness class and you don’t need to be fit, flexible or coordinated.
Everything is offered, never forced. You choose what feels good for YOUR body.
- WHAT WILL WE ACTUALLY BE DOING?
A little bit of everything!
Think sunrise, Silent Sound headsets, breathwork, gentle yoga and movement, connection, dancing, plenty of laughs, a little line dancing and a whole lot of JOY.
It’s pretty hard to explain the Sunrise Sisterhood magic… you just have to experience it. 🌅
- WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whatever you feel comfortable moving in!
Activewear, leggings, shorts, trackies… we honestly don’t care.
Bring an extra layer because those early mornings can be chilly.
- WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Bring:
• A yoga mat or beach towel
• Water
• A warm layer
• Your beautiful selfThat’s it!
- WHAT IF I CAN’T DANCE?
Even better. 😂
There are ZERO dance skills required.
We’re here to have fun, not audition for Dancing With The Stars.
- WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive around 15 minutes before the session starts.
This gives us time to check you in, get your Silent Sound headset fitted and have everyone ready to begin together.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We keep a very close eye on the weather leading up to every event.
Because we’re outdoors, if the weather makes it unsafe or unsuitable to run the session, we will need to postpone.
We’ll communicate with all ticket holders via email, so please keep an eye on your inbox before the event.
- IS THERE A WET WEATHER BACK-UP VENUE?
At this stage, unfortunately NO.
Sunrise Sisterhood is all about being outdoors, watching the sun come up and experiencing the magic of the morning together.
If Mother Nature decides she has other plans 😂 and the conditions aren’t suitable, we will need to POSTPONE the event to another date.
All ticket holders will be contacted directly with the next steps.
- CAN I GET A REFUND OR TRANSFER MY TICKET?
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. ♥️
Because this is part of our Australian RISE Tour, there are significant costs involved in bringing these events to each location, including travel, accommodation, equipment hire, permits, facilitators and our beautiful crew.
For this reason, we require a MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS’ NOTICE if you can no longer attend and would like to request a refund or transfer.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another session.
If you can’t make it at the last minute, you are more than welcome to gift your ticket to another woman so your place doesn’t go to waste. Please contact us with the new attendee’s details where possible.
If SUNRISE SISTERHOOD needs to postpone or cancel the event due to unsafe weather or circumstances outside our control, we will contact all ticket holders directly with the options available.
