Cacao for Sunrise Sound Healing

If you’re joining me for our special mini Sunrise Sound Session this Saturday and would love a warm cup of cacao waiting for you, I’ll be making a batch for those who’d like it.

This isn’t part of the free event, just a little offering to make your morning extra nourishing without needing to prep anything yourself.

This will be a gentle, nourishing dose of approx 10g of ceremonial cacao (half the standard daily amount), blended with almond milk, honey, a hint of cinnamon, and infused herbal tea. It’s designed to gently awaken the body and heart without being overstimulating.

About Cacao
Ceremonial cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao used with intention — it’s known for its heart-opening properties and gentle mood-enhancing effects. It contains theobromine (a natural stimulant that’s softer than caffeine), along with magnesium, antioxidants, and bliss chemicals like anandamide.

Drinking cacao can support:
- A gentle energy lift without the crash
- Connection to self and others
- Presence, creativity, and emotional openness

A few things to note:
Cacao is generally safe in small amounts, but please avoid or check in with your body if you:
- Take antidepressants (especially SSRIs or MAOIs)
- Have high blood pressure or heart conditions
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding (mild doses are often fine, but always tune in to what’s right for you)
