SUNRISE WALK - Williamstown Coastal Loop (Beach Side) + Dip - 5.5km (Dog Friendly)
Description
🏖️ THE WILLY WAKE-UP: Coastal Chills, Canine Thrills, & Caffeine!
Is 6:00 AM a real time? According to your legendary host, Dan, it is! Welcome to 7 Days of FUN, where we prove that life exists before your third espresso. We’re storming the jaw-dropping coast of Williamstown to trade city smog for salty air and "work stress" for "walking-on-sand stress."
This isn’t just a stroll; it’s a full-blown coastal takeover. We’ll be looping through botanical gardens, dodging seagulls, and soaking in city views that look way better when you're not sitting in traffic.
⏰ The "Early Bird Gets The Coffee" Schedule
Dan has a very strict relationship with his watch. If you’re late, you’ll be chasing a group of very energetic people and their dogs down the beach.
Detail | The Plan | Why It Matters |
Meeting Spot: | Williamstown Beach West End Carpark | Plenty of parking (unless everyone else had this genius idea too). |
Arrival Time: | 6:00 AM | Essential for yawning, stretching, and dog-patting. |
Blast-Off: | 6:15 AM Sharp | The "Dan Train" leaves the station. Don't be the person running behind us! |
Distance: | A breezy coastal loop | Flat, paved, and sandy. Beginner-friendly! |
Duration: | 2.5 - 3 Hours | We’ll gauge everyone's "I have to actually work" time and adjust. |

🌟 What’s In Store? (The Good Stuff)
The Williamstown Shuffle: We’ll be hitting the sand at Williamstown Beach. If you’re feeling particularly brave (or just need to wake up your soul), feel free to take a cheeky cold dip in the ocean.
The Lush Life: We’ll catch the sun rising beautifully over the city at Point Gellibrandt.
Dog Friendly: 7 Days of FUN loves your furry legends! Bring your dogs so they can pull you along the path when your legs give up.
The Grand Finale: We finish exactly where we started, but better, because we’ll be heading straight to a nearby café for a much-needed caffeine injection.
🎒 Your "I’m Awake Now" Survival Kit
Hydration: 💧 At least 2L of water. You can’t survive on ocean mist alone.
Fuel: 🥪 A snack if you get "hangry" easily.
The Funds: 💵 Money for the café. Dan likes his lattes, and you’ll want one too.
The "Hi-Vis" Fashion: 👕 Wear bright, reflective, weather-suitable clothing. We want to be seen from space (or at least by the morning joggers).
The Gear: 👟 Comfortable walking shoes and a hat or beanie (Melbourne weather is a fickle beast).
🛡️ Why 7 Days of FUN is Legit
We take the fun seriously, which is why Dan is a solo pro at this:
Official Status: We are Licensed Tour Operators with Parks Victoria.
The Good Deed: $2.40 from every single ticket goes directly back to Parks Victoria to keep the grass green and the trails pretty.
The Safety Net: Dan is First Aid Qualified, Fully Insured, and an Experienced Guide. He’s like a mountain goat, but with better jokes.
🏁 The Finish Line
By the time we’re done, you’ll be primed, pumped, and ready to dominate your workday while everyone else is still on their first cup of tea. We’ll finish with those gorgeous city views across the water and a sense of total coastal victory.
See you at the beach west end carpark! Don't let the alarm clock win!
