Sunrise Men's Gathering - Sunshine Coast

Join us again on Thursday 4 July, 6-7:30am for another morning of connection with other men, to sit together, share mindfulness practices and have the opportunity to speak in a circle what’s present for you and in your life.

We will connect, share and practice some meditation, breathing, gentle movement and sound. 

Depending on the weather we will gather by the beach via entrance 124 or at the park near where the BBQ facilities are. 

This event is by donation when booking or cash in the morning. However, there's no obligation. 

Bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat and cushion to seat and a blanket in case it's cold. 

If you are free after the session we will go for coffee or breakfast across the road. Last time we had 30 men sharing together.
