🌅 Sunrise Sisterhood Coolum Beach Sessions

Welcome to your midweek dose of magic, where movement meets sunrise and connection meets soul.

Join us on the sand at Coolum Beach every Thursday, for a morning of movement, breath, and community.

Each week, one of our incredible facilitators will guide you through a unique sunrise experience, drawing from a variety of practices such as yoga, pilates, meditation, qigong, dance, breath-work, fitness, and more. (Every session is different, offering something fresh and nourishing for body, mind, and soul.)

🎧 With our Silent Sound Headsets, you’ll be fully immersed in your own peaceful bubble, music, guidance, and energy delivered straight to your ears. No noise. No distractions. Just you, the ocean, and the moment.

🌟 Location & What to Bring

📍 Main Beach, Coolum - meet at Tickle Park Car Park, then head down the main stairs near the skate park and turn north.

Bring along:
🧘‍♀️ A towel or yoga mat (beach-friendly)
💧 A water bottle
👙 Swimmers for a refreshing post-session ocean dip

☕ Coffee & Connection

After the session, stay for a cuppa and chats with your sisters at a nearby café.
It’s the perfect way to carry the sunrise energy into your day and connect off the sand.

🙏 A Gentle Ask

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour the space and your facilitator.

• Sessions start right on time.

• This is a child-free and dog-free event , your moment to fully fill your own cup.

By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Tam Moroney, Sunrise Sisterhood, and all facilitators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage.

You also consent to the use of photos or videos for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be included, please let us know before the session begins, we’ll always respect your choice.

At Sunrise Sisterhood, we truly believe this space should be accessible to every woman who feels the pull to be here. If you would love to attend but are currently experiencing financial hardship, please know you are not alone and there is absolutely no shame in that. I have been there myself, and that is exactly why we are offering five complimentary tickets each week at each location for women who need this space but cannot afford it right now due to their circumstances.
