This is a practice that shows you that You Are the Medicine.We do not need drugs or alcohol to have this ecstatic experience.Simply by raising our heart rate, and moving in connection with our community, then dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin are naturally released and we are given a natural high. Bring dance back into your everyday life, by having fun and using music that makes you want to get down and express your primal urges in healthy ways. Perhaps, crying to release emotion.

From African to Jungle to Eastern that invites you on your journey to explore what this authentically means for you through dance, awareness and movement. For me, it is a primal feeling of returning, back into my heart and home. I believe without this relationship with ourselves, we cannot blossom into the He’art’ of relationship.
