Join us every week on Tuesday, Thrusday and Sunday for a relaxing yoga experience just after wake up and before bedtime, as the sun rise and sets over the stunning Manly Beach.
🌊 Feel the gentle ocean breeze, listen to the calming waves, and flow through a series of mindful movements in a peaceful, natural setting.

This is a dinamyc yoga session for beginners focus on VINYASA FLOW, HATHA, YOGA FLOW & MEDITATION designed for our yoga coachs to help you improve overall well-being, mobility, body stretching, bringing balance, relaxation and have fun with a deep connection with nature.

Please if you can, think in bring your mat or towel + bottle of water and some clothes in case you feel a little cold for relaxing parts of the lessons 🧘‍♀️
