Join us every week on Tuesday, Thrusday and Sunday for a relaxing yoga experience just after wake up and before bedtime, as the sun rise and sets over the stunning Manly Beach.
🌊 Feel the gentle ocean breeze, listen to the calming waves, and flow through a series of mindful movements in a peaceful, natural setting.

This is a dinamyc yoga session for beginners focus on VINYASA FLOW, HATHA, YOGA FLOW & MEDITATION designed for our lovely yoga coachs Flopi, Silene and Anto, helping you improve overall well-being, mobility, body stretching, bringing balance, relaxation and have fun with a deep connection with nature.

Queenscliff Beach. We will be waiting you on the grass close the boardwalk at the level of Pacif St.

Weather

 Only for information, as a outdoor event, take in account that the weather changes all time, the event wont be cancel until 5min before just if rainning.

Please if you can, think in bring your mat or towel + bottle of water and some clothes in case you feel a little cold for relaxing parts of the lessons 🧘‍♀️
