Explore the healing and therapeutic power of breathwork uniquely combined with deep house beats to take you on a blissful and connecting journey to yourself. Leave feeling clear-headed and at peace, with a more regulated nervous system (perfect for the Christmas crazy times!)
You show up at 5pm & then you will be guided through:
- healing breathwork practice - create inner peace & connect to the present moment
- powerful meditation - calm the monkey mind & find clarity
- alongside deep house & uplifting electronic beats - hypnotic music that is not boring!
You will leave feeling peaceful, calm... and this will continue for days after the event!
I am on a mission to make breathwork cool!
Why?
This mental health tool allows us to alleviate anxiety/depression and heal our trauma... yet it seems to be reserved only for spiritual circles or for performance athletes.
How?
I worked 5 years in the boutique fitness industry and witnessed the power of inspirational coaching, beautifully crafted music as a form of mood elevation alongside training the body to the beat of the music to improve our mental being.
THE PROBLEM...
We don't need to be training as much as we think we do. Often the gym becomes our new addiction therapy.
What if I told you you could train less, but feel more clear-minded with a regulated nervous system aka lower your cortisol (stress) levels so you wake up to life NOT stressed / overwhelmed out of your mind everyday?
What if I told you, you could work smarter and not harder at your business, juggling a family, your new promotion...simply by breathing better for stress management?
If not the gym, we use another form of external coping mechanism to handle life's stresses.

I combined this boutique fitness background with my new breathwork, meditation and ice bath qualification and my DEEP LOVE of electronic music to create a unique mental health concept.
Why? Pt2
I used to be a raging workaholic, never feeling good enough and quite frankly, lost chasing a future happiness point I couldn't seem to ever grasp running on the hamster wheel of life.
I discovered breathwork & my whole life changed enough for me to leave my marketing career of 7 + fitness of 5 years to spread the magic across the world.
Yes, I healed my trauma. Yes, I finally felt good enough. Yes, I discovered that we can find peace inside of us even if the world seems horrific.
The real joy however now? Helping others do the same.

If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, epilepsy, or acute severe illness please note you are able to take part in the breathwork practise however you must let me know as the style of breathing will be different.
