💛 SUNSET OCEAN RESET

Join for a slow friday evening ritual by the ocean. 

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, giving you a moment to slow down, arrive in your body and leave the busyness of the week behind. From there, we’ll move into a guided breathwork journey using the breath to release what’s been building up, reconnect with yourself and create space for more calmness and clarity.

We’ll close our evening together with some guided journaling & ceremonial cacao by the ocean as the sun sets and an optional ocean dip for the brave ones.

Want to extend your evening of relaxation? Afterwards, you're welcome to join the 6–7 PM sauna session with Alchemy Sauna at City Beach — the perfect way to unwind a little longer and connect with others.

Please note that the sauna is optional and needs to be booked separately through the Alchemy Sauna website.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Your yoga mat / beach towel

• A pillow and blanket to make yourself comfortable during breathwork

• Your journal if you have one

• Your water bottle

• Something warm to wear for afterwards

• Swimmers and a towel if you’re joining the sauna
