Date: Saturday, September 20th at 5:30pm-7:00pm

We are honored to present our very first sound bath at the iconic 1 Hotel in West Hollywood as part of WeHo Wellness Week, a gathering that brings together some of the city’s most inspiring practices in health, mindfulness, and renewal.

This evening experience will take place in the Melrose Ballroom, a stunning space with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to sweeping views of the Los Angeles skyline. As the sun begins its descent, the city will be bathed in golden light, creating the perfect setting for a sound bath dedicated to self-care and restoration.

You will be guided into a meditative journey through the resonance of planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, and an array of healing instruments, allowing sound to carry you into stillness while the glow of sunset illuminates the horizon. The rhythms of the instruments will help dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and open space for deeper balance and clarity within.

For ninety minutes, the beauty of sound and the magnificence of the cityscape will merge to create an experience that feels both expansive and grounding, inviting you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the midst of Los Angeles.

Yoga mats will be available on a first come first serve basis, though we encourage you to bring anything you may need to ensure your full comfort throughout the sound bath.

Optional Add-ons:

CBD will be available for an additional $10 for those who wish to enhance their sound bath experience. You may choose to add on this option when you purchase your ticket.

Enhance your sound bath experience by renting a blanket or two for additional warmth and comfort.  Each blanket is cleaned and disinfected before our events and are convenient for those who wish to come to the sound bath without having the worry of bringing their own set up.  We advise renting at least two blankets per person with the addition of a third if you need one to elevate your head.
