Join us for an afternoon of rejuvenation and self-care at sunset, soundbath, social, a special event designed to nurture your body and mind. The afternoon will begin with a 15 minute introduction to the social with Leo Oppenheim. A medicinal cacao ceremony will follow to open and connect your heart and lungs to allow your energy to flow and aide the breathwork session - guiding you through movements and breathing techniques to restore balance and vitality.

Finally, there will be a sunset sound bath to leave you feeling relaxed and energised

Food will also be available, along with drinks and a selection of pop up shops

**What to bring:** Please dress warmly, we have chosen Concept Haus to host the event for the divine light that filters in at sunset, Don't forget to bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on, along with a blanket if you would like
